(3) Gradually and smoothly go to full closure. Uses two counterrotating sets of leaves with an axial separation of about 5 mm. Each set forms a comatic opening. Together they form a round opening until both openings pass each other to full closure.
(28) Standard irises are supplied with blued steel leaves and blackened lightweight frames. Our irises have been designed to give the best possible aperture shape and minimum thickness. Actuating lever travel is approximately 90° for full travel.
