(19) These apertures are ideally suited to Laser Beam cleaning, holographic and spatial filtering applications. Selected for size and roundness. Edge distortion is minimal. Unless otherwise stated, substrates are 9.5 ± .05mm diameter stainless steel (grade 304) with aperture centered to ± .05mm. Thickness varies with aperture size up to .05mm (above 100 micron). Pinholes are available from 1 - 1000 microns.
(5) All Standard ROLYN Targets are high contrast (= 2.6 - 3.4 Density) containing 0 through 6 groups on a 50 x 50 x 1.5mm glass substrate. Others available on special order.

(7) Precision Slits are available from .25 to 300.0 microns in width on a 25.4mm dia. x 1.5mm thick quartz substrate with chrome on glass coating. Reverse side is AR coated to minimize second surface reflections.
